塞浦路斯PR过期重办有无时间限制吗？

1，因为疫情，塞浦路斯PR两年到期，不能按时登陆。目前需要重新申请PR，请问有没有时间限制，PR过期多久时间内必须重新申请？

There is no time limit and the applicant can reapply as soon as the PR expires.

没有时间限制，一旦PR到期，申请人可以重新申请。

2，目前塞浦路斯的签证重启，需要使馆预审核，主要审核哪些因素呢？

Currently the Embassy of Cyprus in Beijing does not accept visa applications for tourism. 

The pre-review of the applications excludes this type of applications for the benefit of the applicant who in a different case s/he would have to withdraw.

The collection of biometric data for PR is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Interior and currently there are no Embassies of the Republic of Cyprus with the authorization to collect biometric data for PR.
